The rooms were very modern and luxurious, and the staff were very friendly. Even when we ran into trouble the night after our checkout (the train did not arrive), Jasur from Guest Relations organized a driver to take us to Tashkent instead. This is above and beyond regular hotel service and was much appreciated.

He even gave us a lift to the airport on departure! The apartment is big, calm, bright, warm and very comfortable. We had to work several days, so it was important for us to have two separate rooms and space to work. The kitchen is very well equipped. A very good place to stay in Samarkand if you are looking for a home-like stay.

There was no lift, but for two stairs it is not a big problem. The only REAL problem is to arrival to the hotel. It is placed at the pedestrian zone and the taxi or private car can't to drive to it. The navigator software simply can't to build the way! The only way is to call hotel service and them help you to drive to he court near the opposite building. It is not good for the baggage owners.
