Brand new, beautiful place: - large, bright room - beautiful design, new furniture - very comfy big bed - equipment kitchen - very friendly staff, always in touch and helped with any question ( also fixes very fast issue with shower ) - TV with YouTube and Netflix ) - strong and stable Wi-Fi - nice terrace, where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee, or enjoy nature sounds in the evening - great location - close to the beach, but a bit away from all the noise and crowd. and it's very quiet at night - they left for you some small things, which make your time even more comfortable: ( like an umbrella, diffusers sticks etc )

Great place, 5 minutes walk from main area and under 10 minutes to the beach. Bungalow (family) nice big and kitchen has all basic utilities. Bedrooms are nice big and living space comfortabel. Staff is great and mr. Jeff great guy. Next trip sure will book same place again. Thanks for the wonderfull time.

A very friendly owner who took time to show us around the apartment when we checked in. Two double rooms and a large sitting area and huge balcony. Also could use the swimming pool which was excellent! Can hire bikes from accommodation which is great and reasonably priced! Decent location with a lot around

The stuff is super nice 🤗 I was in privat room and had everything I need (big bed, hot water in shower, AC, frige, cean towells every few days, botteled water). Only think that is kinda tricky is the traffic (but only if you are sensitive and your room is facing main street - but i don't have problems with that so my stay was great!) I meet many nice ppl at that place so that gives a bit more to my experience.

We liked everything! We really felt like home! And whenever we go back to Koh Samui then we definitely are going to stay in Chaweng Residence again! We used the swimming pool often, it was nice and clean, also used gym and we loved it. Also there was a bike rent right next to Chaweng Residence and a store where you could buy almost everything you need in hurry. The staff was even willing to wash our clothes there. Simply amazing! On the day of check-out, we didn't have to order a separate taxi because there was a price list on the spot and the owner ordered a taxi for us! We are very thankful and it's hard to find such a nice atmosphere anywhere else. Thank you🙏🏼

The cleaners were incredibly diligent and cleaned the room twice a week, including mopping the floor, wiping the windows, air conditioning / television remote controls, bathrooms, and so on. They deserve 5 stars.
