I took some drinks and all of them were for free In what regards the staff: - I had an urgent need to print something and the girl at the reception took my usb and printed what i needed. Very grateful for that - With the COVID19 certifcate to fly we got some problems to get it from the Rumanian authorities and the guy at the reception stayed with us two hours making calls and helping us
