The ladies at the reception are very kind and friendly! They speak English very well! The hotel allowed me to stay with my dog, and later my cat joined me. I had a single room. The room was clean and cozy. I liked the soft and really large bed for a single room :) The bathroom also was clean and nice. The location of the hotel is convenient in regards to transport and grocery stores (Biedronka is right around the corner). The price of the hotel is noticeably lower than in the center of Warsaw. But there are many buses and trams, so less than in an hour you can get to the Warsaw West Bus and Railway station: by bus (707, 721, 728) till the final stop, then tram (7, 9, 15) till the stop "Bitwy Warszawskiej 1920 r", and then again bus (154, 172) till the "Dworzec Zachodni". Thank you for the great service! I recommend this hotel to everyone, and I will be glad to stay there again next time! :)

Very good location. I had an early flight at Chopin airport and got there quickly by taxi. The room is small, but clean and comfortable. Using the code on the door of the room, I could not open the door, but by calling the phone I received help immediately.
