What a fantastic experience. Absolutely top notch customer service. Flavio, the owner operator is an absolutely wonderful person. He speaks great english and is such a genuinely great guy. He was extremely helpful in every aspect of our stay from things to do, restaurants, maps, transportation, literally everything! As a matter of fact, he was helping us with our travel planning questions even prior to our arrival. This property is literally a few walking minutes from shops, restaurant's, public transportation, everything. They even have a fleet of bicycles with locks that you can use to ride around the area. With Flavio's help we were literally able to do everything we wanted do, to include a day trip to Verona. We had such a nice time that we even extended our stay there. You will not find better customer service anywhere.
