We spend 4 last nights here during the two weeks trip on the Eastern coast of Italy. The villa met our expectations based on reviews here. We liked the location. I would say it's a strategic location close to Loreto, Osimo, Numana, Sirolo, and Porto Recanati, and the same time it's aside from a crowd. We visited the Basilica della Santa Casa in Loreto, the basilica and Grottes in Osimo, and the fantastic parks and beaches in Sirolo and Numana. We used bikes provided by the villa for morning rides to Porto Recanati. All this is worth their separate reviews! Our twins enjoyed the pool and swings. Two bikes and an umbrella with two sunbeds on a beach are provided free of charge.
