Absolutely amazing! Huge apartment and bathroom. Very well heated, clean, comfortable. I just loved the breakfast they had prepared for us! It was just a few minutes from the train station to Venice. I will definitely book again if I'm visiting Venice.

The place we stayed at is amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tip for people traveling by bus or train : there is a road around the house that isn't recognized by Goggle maps. You should be looking for train station ve.mestre ospedale. It's much easier to get there by train. It's perfect for people visiting Venice. You can get there by train in 15 minutes.

Great location, very quiet and safe, yet just a ten minutes walk to center, and close to bus stop to Venice. Lovely furniture, well equipped kitchen, large garden.

Very clean, spacious modern apartment. Security for parking the car and also entrance into the apartment was very good. The owner was helpful with information given on how to access local amenities. Close to tram services for Venice. Would stay again

It was easy to find the place, we were happy that we could park our car on a private parking spot just in the front of the building. Self check-in was easy and well organized.The residence is nice and very clean, the staff very friendly. We enjoyed our stay including a good breakfast. It was very easy to take a bus to and from Venice. We are coming back!

the staff were wonderful, Marinella wend over and behind to make us feel welcome and very helpful in helping us carrying luggage , on and down the second floor. Valentina was great and helpful whit recommendations what to see and were to go to eat and visiting, and transportations. overall wonderful staff.

This was a little bit of home! Cooked our own meals (great little grocery just across the street), did laundry, enjoyed the view. Staff were helpful and responsive. Great bed. Good wifi. So glad we stayed here! Major bus route right outside the door. Got to Venice in 20 minutes, and same for the airport.

It was perfect. We received an upgrade, the whole team is so nice and lovely. The beds are comfy, the room is big enough, the location is just perfect, 12 minutes to city centre by train. We loved this hotel, highly recommended, rookie Alexandra was wonderful, Grazie Mille.
