Perfect location 5min walk to the station. The apartment was very spacious with everything you needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was so nice, spacious, clean. you can prepare coffee/tea in the room. Also bathroom was clean. Paola and lady from room service were really kind. Tram to Venice is in close direction, and after all day in crowded Venice you will enjoy quite area:)

The place we stayed at is amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tip for people traveling by bus or train : there is a road around the house that isn't recognized by Goggle maps. You should be looking for train station ve.mestre ospedale. It's much easier to get there by train. It's perfect for people visiting Venice. You can get there by train in 15 minutes.

the staff were wonderful, Marinella wend over and behind to make us feel welcome and very helpful in helping us carrying luggage , on and down the second floor. Valentina was great and helpful whit recommendations what to see and were to go to eat and visiting, and transportations. overall wonderful staff.

A real holiday sanctuary, even better than the photos! We loved our stay here so much we even found ourselves wondering if we *really* wanted to go to Venice ;) It was super easy to catch the bus and/or tram over to Venice though, and we found ourselves exploring Mestre more than anticipated. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful decor and everything we could have ever wanted, including A/C. The pool and garden were so great, especially for the kids. Very impressed and would love to return!

The hotel is located at the center and very close to eating areas. The room is clean and tidy. All the receptionists are very helpful and ready to help. Special thanks to Martina who made our stay very special.
