Absolutely amazing! Me and my husband and two small children have travelled all over the world and this is one of our favourite places we have ever stayed! The hosts were amazing couldn’t be more helpful and lovely! The reception area provided everything from toys and games for the kids and wine and snacks for the parents!!! Such a lovely touch. The grounds were amazing, kids loved the park, apartment was spotlessly clean. They even gave us a free room upgrade and accommodated us for an early check in and late check out! Nothing was too much trouble. So close to the most beautiful old town on the lake with amazing restaurants. Would go back in a heartbeat! Will be back for certain, I couldn’t recommend enough!

We had a lovely and relaxing 5 days here. The property, gardens and pool are absolutely beautiful and perfect in every detail. You can tell that a lot of thought, imagination and hard work has gone into the design and finish of everything. Irene and her family were the perfect hosts and there if we needed anything. You must try the new bakery breakfast delivery service in the mornings, everything is delicious! We arrived from Verona by taxi (25 mins) and walked easily into Lazise where you can catch a boat or a bus to anywhere. We actually spent much of our time by the pool or swimming in the lake rather than visiting other parts of Garda. Lazise is a very attractive village with lovely shops and restaurants. If you like walking, Bardolino is also great to visit on foot. It was nice not to drive!

Our stay at Holidays Residence was truly 'piacevole'. The room, along with its balcony, was generously spacious, and the overall maintenance was commendable. The service was exceptional, Andrea, Edson and Anna were not only very friendly but also excelled in their roles. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I believe that the addition of some small amenities would enhance the experience. For instance, it would be wonderful to find basic supplies like salt, sugar, coffee/tea, and a sponge + washup in the kitchen. Overall, our time at Holidays Residence was great!
