Best part of this location is peace and tranquility. The location is somewhat remote, nestled in a rural area, but it has excellent connectivity. It's close to Zadar, and within a 2-hour drive, you can reach two stunning natural parks or bustling cities brimming with history and entertainment. Nevertheless, everything you need is right at your doorstep: numerous serene, beautiful beaches (both sandy and rocky), cozy restaurants, walking trails. The property mirrors what you see in the pictures – well-maintained, equipped with new appliances, quite clean, and even has an incredibly friendly dog to greet you :) The hosts are equally warm and welcoming. The owner has made thoughtful investments in seemingly simple amenities, which I genuinely appreciated: - High-quality water at the kitchen sink, suitable for drinking - Pool water is chlorine-free - Indoor fresh and crisp air, thanks to innovative air conditioning. As you might guess, these simple things like air, water and peace of mind are quite important, nevertheless often overlooked by many :). I wholeheartedly recommend this location for people who work remotely (thanks to the excellent internet connection) or for anyone seeking a peaceful seaside retreat.
