Just 50 meters downside the property you could find supermarkets, the bus station no 5 and crossing the street there was a way to Megali Ammos beach. The location was perfect for us. On quiet spot, close to the beach, not too far from the city with nice view from the balcony. There was safe in the room, AC unit, which was really helpful the first day with record temperatures around 40˚C. The owner was very friendly, gave us some nice tips on trips and when visit certain beaches to avoid when they are full. Overall really nice stay, I can 100% recommend this place :) (included picture is when we were leaving - it was much cleaner when we arrived)
