Really great location with a beautiful Seaview and amazing sunsets! I would defiantly recommend having a car or scooter as its not the best to access without one. Great restaurants and amazing nearby beaches.

It is a really beautiful place with excellent personel. Very close distance to drive to Banana beach, Gerakas, and some other nice beaches in the area. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and stunning views of olive trees from bar terrace. The owner (Nana) also helped us with a car rental, and with her daughter showed us a really nice hospitality. - lovely owner Spiros. Who helps with advices about places to visit at Zakynthos, brings a nice local product every day to try (jam, wine etc.) and is always there to help. - the spa! It’s gorgeous. - the location is perfect. Only a 15-minute drive from the airport. It’s a quiet area, with enough places to eat/drink at walking distance and a small supermarket nearby (5-minute walk). Kaminia beach is only a 1-minute drive down to the coast and is perfect for people with children (play-area), but als for people without children (free beds, affordable good food).

An excellent place for a relax holiday. We choosed it cos' of a closed beach called Agios Nikolaos Beach, Zakynthos and for that Artemis Vassilikos had perfect apartmants, rooms, villas etc. with the needed facilities. Walking distance from the beach, family tavernas, grocery store etc. Owners extremely kind and helpful! We can just recommend it 5 * if we have chance to go back to Zakynthos we definitely choose again Artemis Vassilikos for our next stay and spend everyday at Agios Nikolaos beach!
