Very clean and big rooms. Nice balcony with a great view of Argostoli, just what you need after a hot and busy day. Very cool at nights not very much insects or so. If there were we wouldn't mind anyway because this is what nature is. Staff was helpful and positive. They were a bit lack of English but no problem when you have good intentions. Modest breakfast just to make you ready hitting the road. Do not hope a nice warm breakfast these people just giving a basic service. We saw many people brought their own cereals or bakery products. It is very nice to have breakfast under beautiful olive trees. Nice working ac, beautiful airy room and easy access to Argostoli center with scooter. We had 200 cc scooter and it was enough to move us up and down to hilly road of the facility with 50L of backpack.. There is gas station and nice grill house nearby if you need so.

Denise and Christopher are the sweetest hosts and were very welcoming. The view from the studios is gorgeous and worth the walk. I will definitely be coming back here. Make sure to try their breakfast.

We loved the elegance, comfort and quiet of our Grand Suite apartment. The location was perfect, too - very close to restaurants, groceries and high quality shops. Athina was as helpful as other reviewers have said - the ultimate, welcoming, supportive hostess. She arranged a great tour of the island for us and a taxi to Sami to catch the Lefkada Palace ferry to our next rented home on Meganisi. We highly recommend 12 Suites!! A++

We had a spacious and elegant two-room suite with a sea view and a very comfortable bed. Our rooms were tastefully designed and decorated. We might have wished for a couple of drawers rather than only shelves to put our clothing, but that was a minor matter. The location is close to town and restaurants, and the staff (which also runs a travel company) was delightful.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help with travel advise. The cleaning team were great, we had a clean room everyday we got back from touring the island. The room was a perfect size and bathroom offered a great shower with loads of pressure. We were in room 13, which had another entrance/exit to the street, which made it feel even more private. Would stay here again.

The location was perfect--very close to the main pedestrian street but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. We rented a car and it was easy to find parking just around the corner. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The space had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay in Argostoli. We definitely recommend and hope to be back sometime soon!

This is a perfect staying: rooms clean, nice little kitchen, closet with a small safe, little varanda, even a beach umbrella, you have evrrything you need. There is a grocery store across the street, and you're on a 10 minute walk from the seafront and the towns shops, coffee places and restaurants. Special mention to Ana, who works in the front desk and its the best, will give you the right recommendations and do everything to make your stay better. I went to many places in greece and this was one of the best places I've stayed! Also, I consider argostoli to be a good base for when visiting kefalonia. Rent a car and you can go everywhere
