A great family owned guest house. When we arrived it was closed but a neighbor came to open and let us check in. The owner had to take her mother to the hospital but arranged for him to wait for us. The suit was large, clean, cosy and beyond our expectations. A rich tasty breakfast was brought to our suit.

The property was very clean and tidy. It was furnished with new furniture and yet kept its rustic sense. Although the house was very warm and cosy as well the highlight of it all was the breathtaking view from both the bedroom and the living room!

The accommodations had everything we needed. Clean, good bed, good shower, generous supplies. They stocked it with coffee, bottled water & wine. Our manager was so helpful & sent us restaurant recommendations with maps. So close to the port & ferries. Very reasonably priced.

The Apartment felt new and modern, and built with quality materials. At no point in our stay could we discern noise from other rooms (an issue we ran into at several Airbnbs and Hotels in Greece). Service was excellent and discrete. Coffee capsules were refilled every morning. Kitchen was perfectly stocked, such that breakfast, lunch and dinner could be made with no trouble. AC worked a charm. TV can be hooked up to Amazon Prime Video or Netflix. Great Balcony.

The building is new and all the apartments have modern design. The place is in the top center of Volos and the street behind the building has lots of nice restaurants. The coast and the yacht port is 3-4 min walking distance. Everything was perfect and the most impressive thing was all the attention of Chara and Apostolis. Chara is very nice and kind and she will do everything for the guests to feel special and enjoy their stay. Once again thanks to both of them for all supporting and very helpful informations where to go. Papa Nero beach and all close local areas and beaches are one of the best choices. Hope to go back there soon 😊

Amazing stay in the middle of Volos yet on a quiet street. Walking to any place in Volos was maximum 15 minutes. Very big room, fully equipped with anything you need. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in a hotel. The staff was amazing, very friendly and always available. In the room there is a coffee machine with which you can also make tea, and there is a stocked minibar which gets re-stocked, free of extra charge. Additionally, we had a bottle of wine gifted to us and a lovely hand-written welcome note. One more very important point, is very strong and reliable wifi connection, which doesn't log you out for your whole stay. It's the little details that make the difference. My family and I rented in total 4 rooms in this hotel, and we were all more than pleased with our stay there.
