I and my family lived in a brilliant studio-apartment. Owners are very worm and friendly people. On arrival they offered a choice of rooms, asked about our expectations and introduced places to visit in Lefkada island. They immediately reacted on our request and assisted us with finding a renting car and arranged suitable price. Rooms are very clean and properly equipped. Air conditioners are in order. Bedding and towels were changed regularly. The owners are very friendly and nice people. Beach is three minutes walk away from Grammatoula..

the best hotel in Nikiana we did like the staff the location the excellent cooperation for any issue. Highly recommended, for us Lefkada island means Eleana in Nikiana. The team is the very strong part of Eleana Hotel Magdalena and The second Menager Lady ,all the staff are the true asset of this Hotel . Our vacation could not be so good and pleasant without this Hotel and it’s staff .

The apartment was really beautiful, modern, the bed is very comfortable, everything was super clean and we really enjoyed our stay here. It has all the equipment you need and the beach is right across the road. Would really recommend it. Everyone was so nice to us and helped with anything we needed. 10/10

Unfortunately we only stayed one night, and arrived late so can’t say much about the location, but the apartment itself is really nice and cozy. The building is either new or has been recently renovated, the apartment and the furniture is in a perfect condition. They provide a breakfast basket with some basic things, plus fruits, juice and water in the fridge, which is not enough for a full breakfast, but good to start your day, mainly if you have an early flight and don’t have time to eat somewhere. The host was very easy to communicate with, special thanks for the attention of our gluten free diet! It was clean, the beds are big and comfy, even the upstairs room has AC, so there is nothing to complaint about. We were very happy about our choice to stay here!

The beach was just in front of the villa. It was wonderfull to wake up to the sound of waves in the morning. Very clean rooms and the host is very friendly. We had a lovely stay here.

This was truly a wonderful surprise for us as we had booked very last minute and weren’t 100% sure what to expect. The owners are so friendly and helpful. Upon arriving in Nikiana (location of the hotel) we didn’t know how to get to the hotel and so we called the direct line and were given very clear directions. It’s a little tricky to get to since it is nestled at the top of the mountain, and the roads are winding and narrow all the way up (typical of Greece). But once we arrived we are amazed at the view and the facilities. This is a cozy and very well designed hotel. They are units that are like apartments/villas all around the main outdoor pool and garden area. We had a beautiful 2 bedroom villa with a full kitchen, dining room, large bathroom and terrasse in the front. Parking was available right next to our unit. We were greeted by the most welcoming and friendly staff (owner), given the keys shown around and off we went. We had cookies and a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival which was a nice touch. The villa was very comfortable. We had access to a hanger outside for our wet bathing suits. There was a beautiful sitting are right across us under the shade of an olive tree, where we had our coffee every morning. The pool was beautiful, there is also a garden and BBQ. But what stole the show was the amazing view! We were at the top of the mountain overlooking the Ionian Sea. It was breathtaking! The area is called Nikiana, which is quiet and has supermarkets, restaurants. It’s about a 10 minutes drive from Nydri, where all the action is. Overall we loved our stay at Ionian Fos and in hindsight should have stayed longer than 4 nights. Lefkada is truly a dream!

Clean and quiet environment! Everything you need in the kitchen, you can cook your own meals, there is a stove and oven, as well as a refrigerator and cutlery. Everything is clean and looks new. Every day change of bedding and towels, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything went just fine starting with the first meeting with Valedina, she was so friendly! we were always comfortable to be there also we became closer friends, we even made a joint dinner ,was delicious barbecue from the fish that we catch with the son of Valedina! a special thanks for this dinner 🙏🏽 This family is very nice responsive people we were pleasantly surprised! It was my first trip to Greece and they made it the most positive impressions ! We will always remember them unequivocally we will come again and also we will recommend to all our close friends and relative !!!
