5 min walk from the best beach on the island and many restaurants and bar. 25 min walk from Chora town. The studios have all that you might need. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are really comfortable. Honestly the best stay in IOS, we were supposed to stay only one week but we decided to stay longer considering the price and the best conditions we had. But the best thing about this stay were the people. The hosts are amazing people and they welcomed us as family, they even gifted us with many local products each time it was possible for them. The host has cultivated land and we got to taste some of the freshest fruit and veggies. Communication with the host was perfect, they assisted us with all we might need at all time. I definitely recommend this place and i will definitely come back with family and friends.

Lovely spacious apartment, comfortable bed, very private and chilled atmosphere. Pick up/drop off service to the port was a great touch. Not too far (10/15 minute walk) from beach and bus stop with regular bus into town. Would definitely recommend

A marvelous family owned-business located just a few meters from the Mylopotas beach. Extremely clean room and facilities, exceptional hospitality, wonderful breakfast, very nice swimming pool and surrounding area. 10/10 WiFi. The best value for money rooms in Mylopotas and Ios.

When I originally booked this, I didn't realize it had such a phenomenal view of the sea! It was the highlight of the stay, watching sunrise from the patio or seeing the town and sea by the pool. They provide transportation from the ferry so make sure to inform them your arrival time. The breakfast is delicious and the staff were wonderful. We would highly recommend.
