Absolutely beautiful setting, very peaceful place with lovely, spacious rooms with a great view. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed, the shower was great! The tables and areas around the property were also a nice place to have breakfast or relax when the balcony was in full sun.

Everything. Staff is easily the greatest bunch of guys we have ever met on any of our travels. Most accommodating and polite people, they will do everything in their power to make you feel welcome, and I'm saying that even though we were there during the heaviest storm in recent history of Greece. The breakfast was very good, including for a 1.5 year boy. The rooms were clean and comfortable! Rania helped us with the taxi transfer and to rent a car easily.

Quite and green location into the trees we didn't turn on the AC during our 10 day stay, at all. Playground for the kids and safe parking firvthe cars. Plenty of super markets and restaurants from 2-10 min walking distance and the beach of Troulos is 600m away, The best beaches in Skiathos are up to 10 min away by car.

The whole property was amazing, well-tended grounds, landscaping and the pool area was thoroughly cleaned every morning. Our room was perfect, comfortable, airy, spacious and with that breezy Mediterranean feel that travellers seek when coming to Greece. Oh, and of course their breakfast was amazing...the Greek yogurt with honey and fruit is a must. The proprietors, George and Ana, are incredibly gracious, welcoming, accommodating and downright genuine, friendly people. I highly recommend this establishment if you find yourself on Skiathos.

Within 10-40 minutes you can walk to 10 beautiful beaches. The staff at the apartments are very friendly and efficient and if you do have any problems they are dealt with promptly.

The host is very kind and everything was wonderful during our stay. Even if it was self-catering, every two days the towels were changed with clean towels. Yannos the host is friendly and helpful with all the local information you may need for a welcome stay. 10mins from koukounaries beach and 2 other beaches within walking distance. Bus stop just outside you can get to the town centre of skiathos within 20 mins for only 2 euros, friendly & helpful drivers. A perfect getaway place. Clean good self catering kitchen, air con, restaurant on site, comfy beds, nice balconies for each bedroom.

There's a restaurant at the bottom of the hill on which Aelia is situated. During the evenings, you can hear music coming from there, and that, to me at least, adds to the charm of the location. - Very close to the beach.
