The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us.. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Heraklion. Will be back to this place soon..!

This place was great, located next to the beach and some tavernas, at the same time on a very quiet location. The rooms were equipped with all necessary amenities and you could ask for additional towels from the reception. The staff was always superfriendly and providing with everything you need. It has amazing balconies, perfect place for chill.

The staff were fantastic. Easy to check in, we checked out very early so missed breakfast but had something prepared for us the night before. Very thoughtful. Location is great with a nice sandy beach right across the street. The pool was also great.

I had the pleasure of renting a double room at these apartments, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the outstanding services to the warm hospitality provided by Mrs Katerina and Mr Charis , it was a truly memorable stay. One of the standout features of these apartments is their genuine dog-friendly policy. Being able to bring our furry friend along made our stay even more enjoyable. The proximity to the sea in this picturesque area creates the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday. I can confidently say that we'll be returning for another stay in the near future. These apartments are a hidden gem for those seeking both comfort and a warm welcome.

We had been here only for 5 days but it felt like we were at home! Very nice and lovely staff members, that helped us during our stay! We have a One year old baby and they were understanding of her needs as well..very clean and the food Is delicious! They even have an italian pizzaiolo!!! we would come back soon🥰

Our apartment was clean and had all equipment that we needed. The view from balcony was amazing! We used few times the water pool - water was bit cold, so we preferred to enjoy the sea. It’s 1 minute from the hotel.

Although very simple, it is a great hotel! We've been to expensive hotels in Mykonos and Oia and this one was the cheapest, but the best one. The room is simple but very clean and cozy, the staff is great. We loved the breakfast! Got free goodbye drinks :) The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful, clear and warm water and the restaurants around are nice. Definitely recommend!!
