The owner is an extraordinary lady who will help you with anything you need. One of the most positive person we have ever meet. The property is extremely close to the beach espicially great if you are windsurfing. Cleaned daily, very decent vs the price you pay. It has everything you need.

I can only speak superlatives about Albatross Studios and Maria. Maria's helpfulness and kindness is amazing. The rooms are new and modern, with all the facilities for a pleasant holiday, the apartments are well equipped, so you can even cook - but I can only report super restaurants near and far, at perfectly reasonable prices. Unfortunately, 5 days proved to be too short to experience all the positive aspects of Kefalos, so we can certainly expect to return. I already miss the sunrise over the sea that we saw from the balcony. I would love to move there!

Very clean apartment, Stamatia and Costas very good hosts. Room was cleaned every day and had everything we needed. Great location, near to where we wanted to be.

Cat and Andy are the perfect hosts. The studio was very clean. They had everything you would need fridge, oven/hob and cooking utensils. As we stayed for a month it was great to be able to do a meal. Cat and Andy were very kind and went out of their way to help us. For example I am gluten free they found out where I was able to purchase bread etc. Also they gave us melons, limes and olive oil from their garden. They spoilt us with delicious homemade cakes. The studio is set back from the main road, which made it very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely return next year and recommend friends and family to stay there.

I loved my stay in this place! I had very simple but comfortable room with everything I needed. Hospitality of the hosts made my time in Kos unforgettably good, they are really friendly and helpful. On one of the evenings I was surprised with delicious homemade food. I don't know what else to say without making this text too long, but I will be definitely coming back. Bill & Mike Villa gives you authentic Greek experience, it's simple, easy going, welcoming, made with heart.

Everything was superb. Location , Pool , Room .Staff. Snack Bar. The entire complex was spotless. All the staff so helpful. We had a superb time at the hotel.First time in Kefalos and we will be back.
