A quiet hotel in the authentic village of Gailani. Vargelis, the owner, welcomed us warmly with a bottle of his family’s wine and some marmalade. He was very attentive to our needs and provided extra touches. A super host! Our room was spacious with a bedroom, well supplied kitchenette, table and a balcony and terrace. The grounds and rooms were clean and well-maintained. We were really glad that we had a car to get around the island as the hotel is about 15 minute drive from the busier Naxos town. Much more quiet and relaxing here. I would highly recommend the Naxos Filoxenia Hotel.

The property was perfect for us! We booked last minute and we’re not expecting the oasis that we found. The property stands proud up on a hill overlooking beautiful countryside. The breakfasts were abundant with quality local fresh produce. The service was exceptional. personalized and tailored to what we needed. Manolis was the perfect host. Our stay was the best we’ve had to date in Greece! Highly recommended!

Everything! The apartment is spacious with amazing views over Naxos town. The pool is amazing and the self serve fridge for cold drinks was really convenient. The apartment is 10 min walk into Naxos town which our 4, 6, 9 and 11 year olds coped fine with although it is steep on the way back (we enjoyed!) 100% recommend this apartment

Irini was very nice, provided all important information regarding the Island which was very usefull: beautiful beaches, villages, good restaurants and places to visit. The room was very clean, the bed was very confortable, the bathroom was great, the place was very quiet and the view was amazing.

What to say… Our suite was beautifully appointed with modern design and furnishings and felt very homey. It didn’t feel like a hotel suite. The bed was the most comfortable of our whole Greek holiday. Our terrace even had a view of the Temple of Apollo Portara in the distance! The fresh orange juice for breakfast was amazing and there was a large selection on offer. The ElMar team were awesome hosts. Guests will be in for a treat.

We had a wonderful stay! The room is beautiful, comfortable, and the hosts were fantastic. Every single question was answered, they helped us get services like car renting and laundry (we loved they came to pick up our laundry and brought it back folded). The suggestions of the places to visit were great, and there were stores, bakeries, restaurants super close.
