Beautiful property located in peaceful surroundings. The apartment was a good size and comes equipped with all you need for your stay. The pool is big and filled with fresh well water which is very refreshing! We only stayed for a night but wish it was longer. Host, Nils was very accommodating and allowed us late check out which was brilliant as we had a late flight home. One thing to note, cafe by pool (where breakfast is served) is cash only so make sure to have cash on you.

Very well located, comfortable, nice and quiet, amazing swimming pool and most of all the owners are absolutely amazing and very nice / helpful. Breakfast is simple but very good and is everything we needed. We had a lovely time.

Very friendly owner who cleans the room, bathroom regularly and changes the towels and the sheets. A big room including fridge, air condition and a nice balcony. Unfortunately, due to our tight schedule we could not use the pool.

Amazing experience! George, Lucia and the whole staff had been very kind, friendly and super professional. The apartments are near Ipsos beach but you’d better rent a car or some scooters to get to the beach and to visit other parts of the island as well. The rooms were very good with all necessary equipment, and being the place above the sea level the temperature at night is perfect: we didn’t have to use AC during our average three or four hours of sleep. The restaurant is great as well, with both traditional Greek and general-taste dishes and many different options for breakfast. Now some tips you could find useful during your stay. Water from pipes is not drinkable and a strange bacterium seems to move through water but don’t be scared, if you get sick you probably got covid. Do not disturb other guests when you use the pool especially if they are Dutch and you usually stir up when playing water polo. If you get constipated because of the travel, just take the “Greek yogurt, peanuts and honey” breakfast and an espresso without sugar and you are good to go. English guests tend to drink a bit but they are fun and friendly, maybe too chatty, but they are super generous and they can give you their room if you need it for particular occasions. Last but not least: if you have a car, just put it in neutral when you leave the place and go towards Ipsos beach, it’s very risky and fun at the same time, and if you are lucky enough you could break our record! Tips apart, you can’t find a place better than this one for your stay in Ipsos, so rent your rooms here before others wiser than you steal your place!
