Lovely place, tasteful and with attention to detail. Not one thing missing, fully equipped kitchen, nice plates, bowls, pots and pans. Really clean and the location is very close to the cafes, supermarkets, etc. 8 min to justice hall, 15 min to liberty square. Everything as in the description, all like on their photos.

The staff, Nonna and Mikheil, are wonderful. The ladies that clean are also lovely and do a great job at maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are very nicely appointed and appear the same as on the internet. I loved the bed. The quality of the mattress was exceptional. The location was perfect for getting around the city with ease. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family. Also, the wine from Kakheti was delicious. We were able to buy wine during our stay, which I highly recommend. I also appreciated the kitchen and laundry facilities. I also appreciated the ability to request cleaning at anytime. The room was big and spacious. I was so happy we chose this hotel for our 9-night stay.

Wonderful owners! very pleasant and nice couple. my room was clean and fresh. comfortable private bathroom. The bed was soooo comfortable. Quiet courtyard and atmospheric terrace. The kitchen is shared, but that’s ok for me. I found everything for cooking. great thanks for the washing machine.

Affordable price, new (or renovated) building, comfortable beds, useful kitchen, and spacious room. The property is in a quiet street and within the walking location to everywhere we would like to visit in Tbilisi center. The host is very kind and proactive- I mean she would present you solutions before you realize you have a problem or question.
