The hotel is in a great location, central in the city centre and the rooms are just as described when booking. Very secure and quiet despite its location and size. The staff were all really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. We brought our two dogs and they gave us two bags of treats and a dog bowl. We’d definitely come back!

5 min walk from Piccadilly train station. Stayed in 513 it was a v roomy one bed. Everything was spotless and fridge had milk n water in. Tea, coffee and sugar were provided with refills available from reception if required. Nice bar and restaurant on site. As is often the case in Manchester, it rained so we didn’t get to try out the bar terrace. 😀. We highly recommend!
