Good english. Welcoming hosts. Kind people around. Absolutely close to metro station, but in a silent residencial neighborhood. I recommend the breakfast, cheap and french enough.

Location is close to the tram, quiet and clean. Didn’t interact with any staff from the apartment. It’s a good place for short stay.
