Everything was excellent in the hotel. We loved the atmosphere by the pool as they have music playing all day(10am-8pm), they have bar service by the pool and a restaurant. We also loved that the hotel has its own supermarket, so when we needed water or anything, the shop was just right there. They serve many different food (á la carte) from 9am, egg breakfast, pastas, salads, snacks etc. We literally didn’t want to leave the hotel to go to the beach because everything was provided right there :) They cleaned the hotel and the pool area all the time, it was always nice and tidy, our rooms were cleaned and towels were changed on the 3rd day. The receptionists were amazingly friendly and helpful, definitely Valentina, she helped us a lot but the 2 managers were amazing too. Over all thanks to all the stuff to make our holiday comfortable 🤍

Thanks to Luis at the reception, we had a wonderful stay and celebrated my mother's 80th birthday beautifully ♥️ He greeted us in all directions and gave us advice when we needed it. Hotel is very clean and friendly staffs, lots things to do for a day. The kids clubs was excellent and night entertainment was brilliant. Loved the swimming pools with sun bath. 2 heated pool for kids which is super need for April. Kids enjoy so much at this hotel. Half board is lots good choice food to eat. Highly recommend this hotel to all family come over palmanova. The location is easy to reach. And very safe arounding. 3 min walk to sanddy beach. Love it!

Družinski hotel, prijazno osebje, dobra lokacija, bližina restavracij. Hotel sicer nima svojega parkirišča, je pa v okolici dovolj prostih parkirnih mest.

We have stayed in this hotel before, when under different ownership (Alua). Each time we have found it to be first rate. The views, location and staff are all excellent. The food this time seemed much tastier than previous occasions. Lots of choice and variety, fresh and hot.
