Thanks to Luis at the reception, we had a wonderful stay and celebrated my mother's 80th birthday beautifully ♥️ He greeted us in all directions and gave us advice when we needed it. Liked the spa, especially considering that it wasn't so warm in Mallorca, so we could use the indoor pool. The view from the room is beautiful. The staff was so special and friendly, felt really welcomed.

Great hotel and would hight recommend. The hotel was very clean and rooms were spacious. We stayed half board and the food was hot and a good selection. We traveled with a 6 month old baby and there was no options other than highchairs in the restaurant, despite my daughter not able to use a highchair yet. However somehow managed and everything was fine. Great location and baby pools.

We were given a bracelet on arrival which you used to access your room. Its a cashless hotel so could also charge items from the bar. This was great. The kids club was brilliant, you could drop and go in the morning and do activities in the afternoon. They even worked into the evening with activities. The pool had comfortable swim up beds. Excellent pool facilities for the kids, large park and bouncy castle.

The apartments were great. Clean and looked after. Staff were really helpful and attentive especially the attractive guy on the bar on the morning of Saturday 7th may.

We have stayed in this hotel before, when under different ownership (Alua). Each time we have found it to be first rate. The views, location and staff are all excellent. The food this time seemed much tastier than previous occasions. Lots of choice and variety, fresh and hot.

Everything was great, big apartment, top location and very helpfull staff. Parking was a bonus.

Very friendly staff, especially to our one year old son. Went out of their way to make him happy. Great facilities. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach.
