The apartament is outside city center, but in a walking distance. It is well equipped, clean and cozy. A great advantage is the private parking, as parking places in Aviles are not easy to find.

in the center and close to everything we wanted to do and see. there is a nightclub across the street but it wasn’t too noisy and the shutters did a good job blocking out the lights and sounds.
