My stay started off worrisome, but Roderick worked with me to make it amazing in the end. A new club/bar had just opened across the street right before I arrived. So, the first night, I didn't sleep at all. I even tried 2 different types of ear plugs, but the bass was so loud that it was shaking my bed... until 2 or 3 in the morning. I told Roderick the next morning and he moved me to another room. Still noisy, so he moved me once again the next day. At this point, other guests were also complaining so he went to talk to the new owners. After that, it was smooth sailing. The noise from that club pretty much stopped for the rest of my 8-day holiday. My final apartment had a lovely view of the sea, was stocked with everything I needed, had fast wifi, and was in a great location. The bed is big and comfy and the rooftop terrace is a great place to chill. It's still noisy at night, being in the center of the city. But I was fine after the new bar was sorted, even without ear plugs. I was in the sea view apartment on the top floor. There are tons of options for eating in the area and there's a dive shop across the street, and a small surf break. I could literally roll out of bed and be prepping for a dive or renting a surf board in less than 2 min. The beach is wonderful too. Stretching for miles with plenty of space for everyone. You could even find relatively deserted spots if you walked 15 min down the beach either way. There was a bit of hassling from local sellers, but they were mostly respectful of the first "no thanks." The streets were surprisingly clean. All-in-all, I had a fantastic time. If you are a beach/water sport person, this is the place to be to escape European winters.

Mel was very attentive to all my requests - top notch customer service! The flat had ample space, more than enough for my needs. Loved the hammock outside the unit. Friendly dogs and cats visited me from time to time to keep me company.

la ubicación era francamente buena pues estando cerca del centro era un sitio tranquilo y de muy fácil acceso a todo tanto playa como supermercados bares etc

Nos hospedaron en apartahotel pontoantiguo que es súper bonito y que incluye piscina con unas vistas espectaculares a una playa que queda resguardada de las olas gracias a una construcción circular de piedras. Los lugareños van a bañarse allí. Las recepcionistas son eficientes y muy muy amables. Nos hospedamos cuatro noches y nos dejaron salir a mediodía de la habitación de manera gratuita. La verdad es que lo aconsejamos seguro

Very good location. The receptionists were friendly and did their best to solve our problem. The cleaners cleaned the apartment every day, towels were changed every two days.
