I booked Sonder with a good deal and thought it might be like a normal Airbnb studio. But It's totally beyond my expectations! A few highlights here: (1) a very quiet room also with free earplugs provided, A/C, free coffee/tea bags, and a superb kitchen (which basically has everything you need for a short stay and even a mini dishwasher); (2) excellent facilities including but not limited to a free gym, a free laundry room, a quiet reading/meeting room, and lockers for storing your luggage; and (3) perfect location to the downtown and many attractions!

The staff there provides exceptional service. The place has parking and is dog friendly, they literally say dogs are allowed to do everything they want there 😀 They have their own bar! And the party root top promised to be very entertaining with a few jacuzzi dogs playground drinks.

We liked everything. Room, staff, and location. Very convenient was the 2 minutes walk to the business square with very nice restaurants (for any budget - breakfast, lunch, and / or dinner) , pharmacy and Dollarama ( for small things you might forgot or need) . There is a Garage (clothing store) Body Shop store, Tommy Hilfiger etc. as well. There is a bus stop right in front of the entrance . Parking is secure and costs only $5 per night which is easy to pay through an app. Anything we wanted to see (Parliament Hill, Museum of Nature, Museum of Science and Technology etc.) were just 10-15 minutes away - driving in and around Ottawa is smooth and easy. Even if you want to go to the Quebec (French) side it was easy with no hassle. We can recommend it very highly. For anyone who gave this a negative review, grow up and be less a review-Karen.
