Our stay at Ferienland was wonderful! The staff was really helpful with everything we could ask for and it is such a great place for a family vacation. Our children (age 4 and 6) were really excited as well. The surroundings are truly wonderful and we were very happy with the short walking distance to the Schlick2000 lift, with loft of great activities (the kids especially loved the ''Scheibenweg'' - we forgot to get the wooden disks at first, but were allowed to go back down and get them - everyone was very friendly!). One day we took the bus to the Serlesbahn lift (the staff at Ferienland helped us with the bus-plan) and tried the large water playground and ''mieders toboggan'' there - its only 7 minutes with the bus and really easy to get there. We hadn't realised beforehand that the SuperCard came included in our stay at Ferienland, but this was really great and meant that so many things are free of charge - including busses, lifts, toboggan, entry to waterpark and more. This really makes a stay at Ferienland the perfect holiday place for families. Everyday we went for outside excursions and when we got back to the hotel, the kids would play in the playroom downstairs (which they really loved). Our room at Ferienland was really nice and spacious, with a great balcony (and view!). Even though we had out own kitchen and dining table in the room, we also used the common kitchen and dining area on our last evening. This was such a cosy place with lots of board games etc. It would also be a great place to go with extended family or friends.

Love their front desk/bar hosts. Very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are great! We stayed in a junior suite with an incredible view. The location itself is slightly remote, so depending on what you're looking for it may be perfect or just close to it. The staff are also great at suggesting nearby restaurants or arranging activities and spa bookings. Couldn't have been happier with the room and price! And their pool and sauna are fantastic as well!! Thoroughly enjoyed both.

Christoph was very accommodating before we even got there, by email helping us with information. And while we were there helped with everything we asked about. The complimentary spa facilitices down stairs were great. The ski room with built in boot dryers is very useful.

The staff was amazing! The manager Anton helped us so much with recommendations and always with a smile and a good laugh. The hotel is suited just 5 minutes walk to the center of town and bus stop, but the surroinding is very quiet.

Great facilities and really nicely decorated. Spacious even though only one bedroom and worked out fine for family of four (two teenagers). The patio was an extra bonus where we enjoyed having coffee in the sun. The hosting family are great!

Breakfast was very good - fresh fruit was very welcome, a range of yogurts, the choice of scrambled or boiled eggs, delicious fresh rolls, meats, cheeses, pastries... all in all a treat. The room was spacious and had everything we needed - self catering kitchen facilities, dining room table and a beautiful view. Plus being on a small farm was a bonus.
