Our stay at Ferienland was wonderful! The staff was really helpful with everything we could ask for and it is such a great place for a family vacation. Our children (age 4 and 6) were really excited as well. The surroundings are truly wonderful and we were very happy with the short walking distance to the Schlick2000 lift, with loft of great activities (the kids especially loved the ''Scheibenweg'' - we forgot to get the wooden disks at first, but were allowed to go back down and get them - everyone was very friendly!). One day we took the bus to the Serlesbahn lift (the staff at Ferienland helped us with the bus-plan) and tried the large water playground and ''mieders toboggan'' there - its only 7 minutes with the bus and really easy to get there. We hadn't realised beforehand that the SuperCard came included in our stay at Ferienland, but this was really great and meant that so many things are free of charge - including busses, lifts, toboggan, entry to waterpark and more. This really makes a stay at Ferienland the perfect holiday place for families. Everyday we went for outside excursions and when we got back to the hotel, the kids would play in the playroom downstairs (which they really loved). Our room at Ferienland was really nice and spacious, with a great balcony (and view!). Even though we had out own kitchen and dining table in the room, we also used the common kitchen and dining area on our last evening. This was such a cosy place with lots of board games etc. It would also be a great place to go with extended family or friends.

This place is a jackpot. Central location, the Stubai super card is extremely valuable, and the view is just stunning. The place is charming, the host was nice and welcoming, I highly recommend. Our best stay in Austria so far

Siistiä ja modernia , samalla upeassa maisemassa, alppikylän tunnelma. mahtava uima-allas ja saunaosasto , kiva kävelymahdollisuus upeissa maisemissa. todella kiva palvelu, huone siisti, puhdas moderni , hyvät sängyt , hyvä suihku . upea näkymä vuorille !

Christoph was very accommodating before we even got there, by email helping us with information. And while we were there helped with everything we asked about. The complimentary spa facilitices down stairs were great. The ski room with built in boot dryers is very useful.

We were greeted by a nice receptionist, who gave us all the necessary info. The property was located right at the center of Neustift, with grocery stores, ski equipement rentals, sport stores, 2 or 3 restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean, very nice, fully equipped, perfect. As for the hotel area, which is about 3 minute walk from the apartment, they served excellent breakfast and the restaurant area was very nice and cozy. We didn't try dinner at the hotel, but I assume it would be very good too. Wellness and saunas area was also very nice. There were fruits & snacks available to fill up your energy after taking sauna. There is a beautiful relaxing room with a view on the garden and we could also enjoy resting outside, in the garden. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartments & the hotel.

Beautiful, modern, stylish and very comfortable apartement. Nice balcony with sofa to relax on in the evenings. The owner, who lives in the same building, is really friendly and helpsom. The place is within walking distance from all the businesses, bus stops and the cable car.
