The location on the river is amazing and a dip in the pool looking out at passing wildlife is a true delight. What set this stay apart however was the game drives and our incredible guide Shannon. We were fortunate enough to be able.to see both wild dogs and in our final morning game drive two leopard cubs/eight months old. Shannon is one of the most knowledgeable and professional guides we have encountered in our travels around the world. Her capacity to find wildlife is remarkable and at the same time the respect she has for conservation.meant that we were able to see these rare creatures but without causing them stress. I would go back again in a heart beat and only wish we had been able to spend more time. Bed and room was comfortable. Food was plentiful and delicious.

Rhino Post Safari Lodge offers luxury accommodation located in the southern end of a 12000 hectare private wilderness concession in Kruger National Park. Great and unique experience! Fantastic location Right in a private spot in the Kruger park, with dedicated services and great food. 2 games per day are perfect to fulfill the day.

Rhino Walking Safaris lies in the Kruger National Park, the largest game reserve in South Africa, and offers an unrivalled wilderness and wildlife experience. A walking safari is combined with a late afternoon and after dark game drive. There aren’t many opportunities to do either one of these activities in Africa. Daryl, the camp manager and principal guide, is a real character in the best sense of the word. We thoroughly enjoyed his company and that of his assistant guide. Getting exercise on safari is not easy to come by and this four day three night trip really helped to overcome that problem. Daryl was a master at spotting game. We had lots of lion and leopard sightings. Seeing them at night was so cool.

Take in the African plains at Lion Sands Private Game Reserve at the heat of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. Ranger Syd and Tracker Tony did a very good job, many thanks. The Service could be a little more attentive, but however, the service was very friendly. We feel very welcome and plan to return.

There is a private bathroom with shower in all units, along with a hairdryer and free toiletries. A continental or buffet breakfast is available each morning at the property. An amazing property of 10 tents so it feels wonderfully intimate and this means the game drives don’t feel crowded. The staff were incredibly friendly, food exceptional and the rooms sensitively decorated, comfortable with hot showers. The pool is perfect to relax between game drives. The site has been planted out with succulents making the garden areas unique but really beautiful and less dependent on water than other species. Leopard and hyena routinely pass through the property. At night you can hear lion not far off and in the day all manner of bird life make for a beautiful sound. it’s very easy to spend a couple of hours looking at the view and taking it all in. We were made to feel right at home and had a fantastic 2 night stay.

Located at the Paul Kruger Gate to the Kruger National Park, Kruger Gate Hotel is situated on the banks of the Sabie River. Everything!! Staff was super friendly, food was really good, location was PERFECT! Able to see elephants, impalas and other animals from the deck!! Perfect for chilling! Safaris provided by the hotel are top and still Staff was able to booked us shuttles to the park to other safaris!
