The only issue I had was that when I booked I was told there will be a breakfast buffet which was not there. Overall the stay was amazing, the staff were really accommodating and friendly. The food at the restaurant was nice.

The apartment was clean and styled very well. We appreciate every little effort and detail that was put into making the space super inviting. We couldn't stay more than an hour after checking in, had an emergency to attend to. We left and took the keys back to Tina the Manager, perhaps owner and explained to her why we had to leave so early into our stay. The next day she texted to say that our booking is still valid and we can arrange another stay. We truly appreciated the courtesy and compassion.

Everything was wonderful. Cannot express enough. Good location, good place, calm and relaxing. Large Bathroom. Even with loadsheds, the unit keeps running on electricity.

I liked the friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff especially Rina. I had a family emergency and needed to stay longer.. Arranging the extra days was not a problem for her. So greatly appreciated. Next time in Pretoria I will definitely stay here again.
