This Emporia hotel offers classically furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen cable TV. It features an on-site fitness room and is 6 miles from the Emporia-Greensville Regional Airport. The staff was extremely nice. The food at the complimentary breakfast was good, plentiful, and there was a large selection of items. The room was very clean, including the bathroom. There was a closet, ironing board and iron, and a decent fridge. The beds were very comfortable. There was also a large selection of programs to watch on the television. On this trip, we also stayed at a Tru Hilton and Marriott Courtyard and they couldn't hold a candle to this Holiday Inn Express.

Located off Interstate 95, the Travelers Inn is near the Roanoke Rapids Theatre, Virginia Pork Festival, held annually in June, and is the starting point for the Great Peanut Bicycle Tour and Rides,... The very comfortable bed, and very good feather pillows. The white bed cover. Freshly painted room. The amenities: fridge, microwave, coffee machine with 2 coffee pods. I would have love some tea. The young man welcoming us late at night was very friendly and welcoming. We will come back.

The room and bathroom were immaculate. Everything looked new. Bed was very comfortable. Easy to get to off RT.95. Staff nice.Easy check in and check out.

Located off Interstate 95, this hotel is 1 mile from Belfield Marketplace Shopping Center. It features an outdoor swimming pool and an on-site restaurant. All guest rooms offer free Wi-Fi. We had a pleasant check in, the receptionnist was friendly. The room was renovated and looked really nice. It was perfect for our one night stay, we were on the road.
