I’m an elderly woman who, while traveling alone, was stranded in Houston due to flight delays at Dallas causing me to miss my connection. I was able to book a room at a reasonable rate at the last minute. The free transportation pickup at the airport and the return at 4:00 the next morning were (both times) a life saver. All employees were friendly and I felt safe. Thank you for such an excellent facility that met all my needs.

The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Valencia was the front desk clerk and she went above and beyond for us. She made our stay and im so thankful for her!
