When I checked in , the hotel holds my $50 US dollars for...
When I checked in , the hotel holds my $50 US dollars for deposit which I don't know why, but the hotel did not put back to my credit card until now (9 days already). I called the hotel last Monday, I was told to wait for another 1-2 days, but now still no action . I have to call the hotel again and call my bank. No, not good experience. and will not stay in this hotel again.

I like Metro points hotel.
I like Metro points hotel. It is in a good location, great eating places. Good sightseeing place downtown. Many good malls. I would like to receive good senior citizen rates. Metro points have very clean rooms great accommodations very good service and the people are very accommodating. Thanks again.

Sonesta Select is located very close to Greenbelt Park and...
Sonesta Select is located very close to Greenbelt Park and the Greenbelt MD Metro is nearby. There is bus transportation near the hotel to the Greenbelt Metro Station. Greenbelt Road has a variety of stores and restaurants on it. There is a Costco within about 4 miles of Sonesta Select. But the hotel is such a pleasant location (there is a fireplace and comfortable area to sit inside) that you may not want to go out at all.

The air was not working for the first 24 hours.
The air was not working for the first 24 hours. I was not offered another room when there were plenty. Instead of giving me half off the least expensive night, I should've received a full refund for the first 24 hours. With the exception of the maintenance staff, the entire staff was completely nonchalant and unbothered. On a 90 degree weekend, there should've been a level of urgency.

Well, we didn’t really explore tourist sites in Hyattsville including a trip to the Capitol because of storm alert that day. However we enjoyed the various shops where we stayed at Greenway Centre as well as outside The Hotel.
