This was a little gem - we booked it as it was close to Hobbiton without really paying too much attention to the facilities etc. upon arrival we were greeted by Glenn a great host who got us settled in and recommended things to do. Breakfast was superb home cooked and in the fridge just needed a quick blast in the microwave - delicious pancakes and fruit. Yogurt etc and the following fritters with bacon

I loved my stay at Fantail Garden! The property is gorgeous - beautiful gardens, terraces and decks. The apartment itself is spacious, and the breakfast that was provided was good. Excellent wifi. The owners are lovely - I wish I would've booked two nights instead of just one!

Location was amazing, High on a hill in open country with superb views yet only 10 minutes drive from the local town. Red Shed, Matamata'da yer alan yakın zamanda yenilenmiş bir konukevidir. Konuklar buradaki bahçe ve terastan yararlanabilirler. It was so comfortable & because we had teenagers the pool table was used until they got too tired to stay up A small reserve area next to the property gave those that vaped somewhere to go for a walk & vape. My grandson left his watch behind & the host was kind enough to ring & let us know & put it in the post at no charge to us. I would highly recommend & we will definitely stop there again

House was large, well appointed and very quiet. The bed was firm and the most comfortable I had slept on during our trip. Location is convenient to town, with a car, and to Hobbiton. We enjoyed our one night's stay here.
