This place, effortlessly beautiful, they say dont judge a book by its cover. Starting from outside with stunning layout of the entire place and surroundings, inside the house is equipped with everything needed to run a house, during our stay everything we needed was available to us and with so much privacy. The lighting at night is beyond beautiful especially in the Gypsy wagon room where the kids felt like father Christmas came early. We enjoyed every single minute of our stay and we hope to come back again. The host treated us to surprise easter egg hunt which we absolutely enjoyed and goes hand in hand with the surprise I had for my partner who later left the place as my fiancée. Sybille constantly checked up on us and asked us if we needed anything, she would make an appointment in time if she wants to come over, respecting our space and privacy at most. In summary: Our stay at Bella tiny house was enchanting and fulfilling, from its captivating exterior to its well-equipped interior and magical night time ambiance, creating unforgettable memories for both adults and children alike, leaving us eager to return.

Located in Ondekaremba, a 1-hour drive from Windhoek, Zannier Hotels Omaanda provides accommodation set within a 9000-hectare private wildlife reserve. Excellent location close to the airport . Very friendly staff Naomi and Andy organised everything to our outmost satisfaction. We will return!

With mountain views, Progress Guest Farm is located in Seeis and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Free WiFi is provided. We arrived to a personal greeting for each member of our group. Gerda and Niekie were exceptional hosts. Their staff were very polite and accommodating as well. Their meals were good and the atmosphere was relaxed and warm. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The mattresses really comfortable. Lastly, their attention to detail was very good and they were also helpful in other ways too. Can recommend a stay here.

Excellent stay in a sanctuary close to the airport and Windhoek. If you want to spend the first night or last night close to Windhoek, this is a great option. I would suggest to stay at least two nights to have time to participate in the various wildlife activities they offer on the premises. Corne met us with welcome drinks at the reception and gave us all the necessary information we needed for our stay. He and the rest of the staff have been very helpful and responsive. If you read my review you probably have read as well some other recent reviews, as I did and I almost cancelled my stay here. I'm so glad I didn't, because we had a wonderful stay, one night was just too short. The recent very negative reviews definitely don't do justice to this great place that has been created with a much deeper reason than just being a lodge. Don't expect a luxury lodge at the top end, but that is not what you are paying anyway. The cost is totally justified for what you get. We stayed in chalet number one, very convenient next to the main building with the restaurant, reception and common reading area. Our room was super clean and nothing was missing, everything well stocked, towels, coffee, tea and minibar. There are definitely no rats in the room, my guess is that some guests might have mistaken the rock hyrax for rats. It could happen if you leave the sliding windows to the deck open that some curious animals enter your room, the instructions to always close the doors is clearly marked, even baboons could enter and they could really mess around. But aren't the animals one of the reason why we come to visit Namibia? Just don't let them enter your room. We had a wonderful sunset horse ride which Cindy, the caretaker of the horses. She is very calm and did a wonderful job and her colleague prepared us a sundowner for our last sunset in Namibia out in the wilderness, amazing! The 4 course diner was delicious and so was the breakfast!

Chrisna and Chris are the most hospitable people. Thank you for an amazing last night in Namibia and an incredible meal worthy of a Michelin star :)

The farm was so nice stop to relax after longhaul flight! This place is for those who loves animals! Staff was really kind, and made a lot efforts for us. Room was clean and we had a lot space. The pool was clean, but there was no sunchairs.

Situated in Voigtland, the recently renovated Kappsfarm Guesthouse features accommodation 20 km from Alte Feste Museum and 20 km from Reiterdenkmal Windhoek. Superb location on the main road close to the airport. Very warm and attentive staff.

With mountain views, Gmundner Lodge is situated in Windhoek and has a restaurant, free shuttle service, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. The accommodation has a spa bath. The Rooms and the facility are designed with love for EVERY detail. The staff is extremely competent and friedly. The food is amazing and with huge variety. Great wines! This is one of the best places we have ever stayed at with amazing value for this price!

Set on a privat nature reserve outside of Windhoek, Onjala features outdoor activities like nature drives, bush walks and stargazing. All food provided was excellent. The pools were inviting and cooled your body as we did not have air-conditioning in our room. Staff were very helpful.

Situated in Windhoek, Karivo has a garden, terrace, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel features an indoor pool and room service. Staff was everytime friendly, nice view around the area, good food with own farm products. We felt good.

Everything about River Crossing Lodge was perfect. The clean, well designed chalets are staggered so each balcony is totally private and the view of the mountains is stunning, especially at sunrise. The food at River Crossing is delicious and every member of staff was kind, professional and friendly. River Crossing is far enough away from Windhoek to feel as if you are in a world of your own. We definitely plan to stay at River Crossing Lodge when we fly back home.
