From the minute our hostess Linda picked us up at the airport, we were made to feel like family. Our thatched-roof house was charming, perfectly appointed and with a view of the beach. The cottage is self-catering and has everything you may need. The pool was welcome for cooling off, and we loved watching the sea and the dhows from our porch while listening to the rustling of the palm trees. Linda was gracious and accommodating in all ways, all you have to do is ask. Forgot bug repellent? She provides! Bottle store closed because of a holiday? Wine magically appears in your fridge! Want info on local restaurants? She’ll give you a menu and call ahead to place your order! Anything you may need, it will be done, efficiently and with a smile.

The owner and staff were all very welcoming. Seafood and matapa at the restaurant were exquisite. There was also a handy dive shop around the corner. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
