When I got there, I realised that they had given me a room without a window, web though I'd paid for a room with a view. I explained, and 5 minutes after, I was in a room accordingly to my reservation. They solved the problem willingly and with a smile on their faces.

Best sleep ever, room was so dark and pretty quiet expect for a couple of loud guests outside. Clean and amazing I couldn’t be happier. Saved me on my long journey
