I loved the hotel and location is perfect, next to the dunes. The pool is cool and functional. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel was good. They organise desert safari on camel as well as quad biking. The reception man Younis is super helpful and humourous, I was by myself and I had an interesting conversation with him about the region. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Merzouga.

The Kenzi Rissani, part of the Kenzi hotel chain, in the Moroccan South, welcomes you in a magnificent landscape, between its impressive cliffs and its river which flows in an immense palm grove. Accomodations, Cleanliness, and most importantly, customer service. Everyone I came in contact with was always very helpful and friendly. I wish I remembered all of the names. To name a few, Assad who was very attentive to my needs and making sure everything was good. Aziz and both Rachids, as well as all of the other people at the service desk and the restaurant were very friendly and helpful at all times. They exceeded my expectations. I would like to be back in the near future.

The spacious room, the cleaning was 10/10, also the amenities as soap and shampoo. The shower was also great and to find water cable in the toilet as well. Room has AC, so whenever you want hotter or cooler the room, you can do it.
