It's hands down the best one I've ever been to. From the incredibly friendly staff to the stunning rooms, everything about this place is a delight. I want to start by expressing my gratitude to the amazing staff here. They treat you like family and are so incredibly kind-hearted. They go above and beyond to fulfill your every request, taking care of your needs day and night. Their genuine concern for your well-being is truly heartwarming. And let's talk about the food - it's indescribably delicious. They serve dishes which are similar to Michelin-starred restaurants. Be it any cuisine, they serve you!. We enjoyed their speedy internet too. The drivers here are also exceptional. They have a wealth of knowledge, respect for nature, and everyone they encounter. They know exactly where to go and are incredibly organized. Overall, the standout feature of this place is definitely the staff and the entire resort itself. Highlight of our trip was that we easily managed to sight hippos, Elephants from their observation desk. I would give it a solid 10/10 without hesitation.

The Fig Tree Camp – Maasai Mara is located amidst the Maasai Mara National Park, on the banks of the Talek River. It features accommodation with private bathrooms, a swimming pool, and a restaurant. Fig Tree Camp is a dream come true. It is the perfect backdrop and starting point for an authentic safari experience. From the hippo-filled river to the Maasai staff and the monkeys on the tree hut terrace. Our safari guide, Jonathan, was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to show us the Big Five and countless other wonderful creatures. Peter, the guard, made sure our tent was safe from crocodiles and pointed out visiting wildlife. Moses, the room butler, not only made sure our tent was comfortable, but also that we could take a hot shower in the afternoon. The restaurant and bar served very tasty food and drinks with many healthy options, and the pool was a bonus for the kids. It is a beautifully situated camp that is conveniently located near Keekorok airstrip as well as the Maara river. We highly recommend a stay at Fig Tree camp, it has a very special place in our memories.

Right in the heart of Mara reserve. View of river is lovely. Not all rooms have view but lodge view is top. Hippos and crocodiles in river. Great sounds at night. Lovely location for exploring Mara. Staff was amazing. Great food and so nice. Hope I return one day

Go for it!
