I want to start by expressing my gratitude to the amazing staff here. They treat you like family and are so incredibly kind-hearted. They go above and beyond to fulfill your every request, taking care of your needs day and night. Their genuine concern for your well-being is truly heartwarming. And let's talk about the food - it's indescribably delicious. They serve dishes which are similar to Michelin-starred restaurants. Be it any cuisine, they serve you!. We enjoyed their speedy internet too. The drivers here are also exceptional. They have a wealth of knowledge, respect for nature, and everyone they encounter. They know exactly where to go and are incredibly organized. Overall, the standout feature of this place is definitely the staff and the entire resort itself. Highlight of our trip was that we easily managed to sight hippos, Elephants from their observation desk. I would give it a solid 10/10 without hesitation.
