Boasting a fitness centre and a bar, Portom International Hokkaido is situated in Chitose, 100 metres from New Chitose Airport Onsen and 15 km from Salmon Hometown Chitose Aquarium. I visited Portom close to the airport to have a relaxing day before returning home, and I could feel that a lot of attention was paid to customer service from the moment I checked in. I am very grateful to Ms. Kim for her kindness in explaining the unique hotel interior and facilities that are not found in other hotels and guiding us to the front of the room. Also, I contacted the desk for first aid kit at night, and they prepared it without any delay. The hot spring facilities that we were able to use throughout the evening were excellent. The breakfast was very thorough and there was a lot consideration for customers. Overall, it is more expensive than other hotels, but it is well worth the experience.

El Hotel Grand Terrace Chitose está situado a 5 minutos en coche de la estación de tren JR Chitose y proporciona alojamientos modernos con conexión gratuita a internet por cable. Llegamos en taxi al hotel y cuando lo ibamos a pagar nuestra tarjeta no funcionó (aunque habia funcionado perfecto en el aeropuerto), y como habiamos llegado recién a Japón no teniamos efectivo, pero el personal del hotel fue muy amable y nos ayudó a conseguir el efectivo para pagarle al taxista, asi que estamos muy agradecidos con ellos.

Hotel was clean and the room was comfortable for us as family of four. Nice staff , very helpful. There is free coffe in the lobby which was very nice.

The heating system in this hotel is awesome! it was warm and comfortable inside the hotel, and we had a really good night sleep during our stay despite the heavy snow outside. The location is close to the airport and train station, also walking distance to park, and shopping mall. I will definitely stay again! Highly recommended!

El Queens Hotel Chitose está muy bien situado a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de JR Chitose. La recepción está abierta las 24 horas. Actually it is a very short stay for us. We booked the hotel because it is so near with the airport. Plus point is the hotel has free shuttle bus to airport, starting from 6.25pm. But have to book in advance (a day before). We booked during the check in, and the receptionist provide us bus ticket. We do not have time to enjoy the spa. Hotel has seperate woman dan man area at the ground floor. The room is provided with free drink. The room is spacious enough for us and at our level 7, vending machine is just in front of our room. Will definitely will come again.
