The location was beautiful, the staff were friendly (special thanks to Emma who was our horse riding guide). Extremely good value for money, was surprised we had the whole place to ourselves. Kitchen was modern and nice. Beds were comfy and the place was clean.

Very clean apartment with much space for a couple with all the luggage. Comfortable bed/pillows, fully equipped kitchen and a large private bathroom as well. You can self check in with the key located in a key box with 4-digit code. Thanks for the experience!

Situated in the old centre of Saudárkrókur, 550 Guesthouse offers free parking and rooms with a TV and free Wi-Fi access. Saudárkrókur Public Swimming Pool is a 5-minute walk away. Beautiful setting and the Northern Lights were exceptional and amazing!!

Situated in the northern Iceland coastal village of Saudárkrókur, this property is 90 minutes’ drive from central Akureyri. It offers free Wi-Fi, an on-site bar and an outdoor geothermal hot tub. A house from 1820! Its an awesome experience in Iceland to stay in such old hotel! Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, free wi-fi. Hot spring behind a house! Average breakfast. I DO WARN YOU: Rooms a quite small, it is obviously expected that people lived in 1800s had different expectations and comforts, house is fully wooden and floors are very loud and noisy (hotel offer ear plugs for that) and other people could hear you with ease through walls (burp/fart/sneeze and everything else).

Offering a barbecue and terrace, Steinn Farm Private Apartment is set in Sauðárkrókur in the North Iceland Region. The apartment has a panoramic view over the fjord. Our stay at Steinn farm was wonderful. The host family was super friendly and we greatly enjoyed talking to them. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable.

This family-run Country Hotel´s rooms include tea/coffee facilities, a patio and panoramic views of Skagafjordur. Everything! What a wonderful hotel! We stayed for one night. The room was big and comfortable with a small balcony. The bad was king size which is not common in Iceland and it was very comfortable. The dinner (which has to be preorderd) and the breakfast were great with good variety. The staff was really nice and helpful. This is a good place to see the northern lights.
