Has everything you need. Bus stop 5 minutes away. 2 minutes to the sea. A nice local swimming pool 5 minutes by car. Nice neighbourhood. We loved it. Strong recommendation.

The stay here was incredible! Located in a seaside neighbourhood with gorgeous seaside “beach houses” with nice architecture, this stay was a lovely location, with a seaside path in the backyard that is a lovely walk on the ocean. The apartment itself is a basement unit that was so incredibly well appointed, with so many extras and high end amenities. The pictures shared by the host are so accurate and the bathroom is incredible with a large soaker tub. Edda, the host, was helpful and so quick to respond to our questions. 100% would stay here again in a heartbeat, what a gem!

Cheap Camper in Iceland er staðsett í Reykjavík, 1,5 km frá Sólfarinu og 1,6 km frá Perlunni. Boðið er upp á garð og loftkælingu. The vehicle mechanics was in good repair and had no problems after the broken window. The mechanic found me at a campsite and fixed the window at 1:00 am the first morning. The heater worked great and kept me warm. I was able to camp and visit many places in Iceland.

The hotel is very cosy and is located 3 minutes walk from the central bus station. It's very convenient if you're planning to travel somewhere with bus excursions as some of them depart from there. Also, the buses from and to the airport arrive and depart there. It’s also around 10 minutes’ walk to the downtown. Additionally, it’s around 15 minutes’ walk to the hotel from which other excursions start from. So, the location is exceptional. It’s very quiet around. The kitchen had all we needed to cook and make tea. It’s very warm in the house and room. The batteries are getting extra hot if you put on a high level. So, it’s possible to sleep with open window to get fresh air and still not get cold. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. It was very easy to take the keys from the lock box. The instructions were very clear and we didn’t have any problems with this. The house has 2 toilets, so even though all rooms were occupied we were never standing in any queues to the toilet. Some extra towels are provided in the bathroom just in case as well as some hygiene stuff for free. The room was big and spacious. The fact that it’s a ground floor doesn’t matter as the room is still very bright. Also because of having the window on the “top” of the room it was possible to see the birds jumping on the grass just in on the eyes level. Quite interesting experience. I would recommend this apartment a lot as it’s great deal for this price.

If you were a fun of photography then you definitely wanna talk to Paul who run this guesthouse, it was amazing to talk with him and shared lots of gorgeous footage in Iceland!

Staff was very nice and helpful. The room clean and warm. Perfect location if you are taking every day tours out of Reykjavik as all the buses stop next to the Hostel.
