Ao chegar no hotel foi identificado o erro mas no dia estava cheio. Então o gerente junto ao atendente disseram que iriam cancelar a reserva e não poderiam atender. A reserva não foi cancelada e não reembolsaram o valor, mesmo a equipe do booking explicando e pedindo, me cobraram o valor da hospedagem mesmo eu não indo ao local.

We lived on the 21st floor. The room was beautiful and clean. We got water, toothbrushes and pastes and another drug store. Even though there was construction going on outside, it didn't bother us at all. There was a Metra station nearby, where you could travel practically everywhere. The cleaners were also nice and kind, and they beautifully cleaned our room every day.

The Silveri Hong Kong - MGallery has a restaurant, seasonal out-door swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a fitness centre and bar. Tudo. Um dos melhores hoteis que ja me hospedei. O quarto é lindo, funcional, automatizado, sustentável, todo decorado com gosto e um janelão com vista pro mar. Alem de super silencioso. Solicitei o quarto mais basico porque era apenas para uma noite e me surpreendi. Funcionários maravilhosos, solicitos, pacientes. Explicaram tudo direitinho. N deixaram faltar nada. Ele fica dentro de um shoping outlet gigantesco com restaurantes e lojas boas. Super conveniente. Fica ha 10 minutos do aeroporto e eles oferecem shuttle gratuito. E fica ha uns 40 min do centro. Bastante facil ir de metrô.

DIY-spirit is strong here, if you are picky or used to only high class hotels, this might not be the place for you.. But for us it worked well and the location is beautiful, no doubt and stuff was very kind and polite, even when we were a little lost about everything.

Localizado no Hong Kong Mui Wo, o Seaview Holiday Resort fica a apenas 200 metros da Praia Silvermine e a 12 minutos a pé do Píer de Balsas de Mui Wo. All the staff were so nice, very welcoming and professional. Excellent hotel accommodation and service. The hotel is located in Mui Wo, i really fell inlove with this place. Our taxi called their number and receptionist gave him a clear instruction how to get there since we have to walk a bit. I like the complimentary water bottles, oreo cookies and coffee in the room. The room is always clean, housekeeping will ask you if you need something else. The bed, blanket and pillows are in good shape, everything is great in the room. The bathroom is clean with complete sets of bathtowels, bathmat, and facetowels. They also have complete bath amenities. Thanks for the complimentary breakfast. Coffee is excellent. The kitchen staff were great. My 4 year old son is a very picky eater, i asked them.peanut butted for his toast and they gave us.
