The host Jon and Maria, are helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to be with. They shared maps, info, and resources to help us understand how to have a great experience for the few days we were on the island. The room was very comfortable, there was a common area for guests to enjoy with beautiful views, and the location was perfect for us. we highly recommend staying at Braeswick B&B.

One highlight was the private beach, where we could bask in the sun and enjoy the beauty of the coastline and the local wildlife of Sanday. To top it all off, the kind and attentive host made our stay even more delightful by helping us with everything and welcoming us with coffee, cake, fresh flowers and treats for our dog.

Unfortunately just for one night, but I can definitely imagine longer stay in such a cozy and beautiful place! It was very clean and well equipped and the surroundings were awesome. ☺️
