Surrounded by a pretty garden along the Kajaani River, this historic property is 600 metres from Kajaani town centre. It provides a garden terrace, free sauna access and individually decorated rooms. The breakfast was very different from an American breakfast that we are accustomed. We enjoyed the chance to experience Finnish breads, food and condiments.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Everything was clean and the neighborhood is quiet. The view out onto the river was very nice. The apartment is located a few hundred meters from the central street of Kajaani. Pekka Heikkinen bakery is just around the corner which has excellent breads, pastries and coffee (with free refills!).

Just 10 minutes’ walk from Kajaani Railway Station, Original Sokos Hotel Valjus offers free sauna access and an on-site restaurant and bar. This fabulous hotel in the center of the little town Kajaani was way beyond what I had expected. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My room was clean, very modern and the bed was extremely comfy. I really didn't want to leave. Lunch and dinner in the downstairs restaurant were outstanding. Something I would have expected to find in a big city.

This Kajaani hotel lies by River Kajaaninjoki, right next to Kaukametsä Congress Centre and Kaukavesi Water Sport Centre. It offers free sauna access as well as free WiFi and private parking. The room comprised sauna. It was excellent.

Amazing apartment with sauna in new building, modern, clean, warm with everything what you need, excellent location / close to train station and big shop.center prisma, and 10min walk to city center/ easy check in, host was very friendly, sent mi good instructions.
