Ideal for daytrips to Munich, this spacious apartment is quietly in Memmingerberg, 2 km outside of Memmingen's historic Old Town centre. The host was very responsive and addressed our questions before arrival. On arrival, she has shown us the 2 apartments, handed us the keys, explained the workings of the appliances. The hosts have prepared a very informative binder with all the information we needed for our stay from groceries stores in the neighborhood to local and regional attractions. The host went out of the way to accommodate all our requests. The apartments were very nicely furnished, very clean and we enjoyed spending time on the patios at the end of each day.

Karin was an EXCELLENT host. Made me feel welcome from the beginning of my stay right until the end. Helped me to organise a taxi from the centre of town to the guest house when I first arrived, AND arranged transport to the airport the next morning. Even brought myself and the other guest who was staying there at the time some lovely home-made cake. This didn't feel like staying at a hotel or a guest house, it felt like staying at an aunty's house. The building is in a good location for those flying into / out of Memmingem airport, it is close enough to the airport that if you wanted to, you could walk there from the guest house. The room was large and well-lit, with a nice balcony to sit and relax. The bed was comfortable. All necessary amenities provided, in fact there were even more towels and so forth available than required. The entire building was clean and well-maintained. This was probably my best Booking experience so far, and I have been traveling for years. Next time I visit Memmingem, I would definitely be happy to stay here again.
